We will have a great occasion to welcome our dear elder brother, Hyun Jin Nim to Northern Virginia this coming Sunday. He will be coming to see to those who participated and supported the fourth and fifth world tours on behalf of our True Parents. He specially wants to meet and share with religious leaders, ACLC clergies and Ambassadors for Peace here in Washington DC area. His extemporaneous speeches in other cities were truly inspirations and blessings. All religious leaders and Ambassadors for peace were deeply moved to see the son of Rev. Moon standing for God, testifying to Jesus and leading the way to bring all races and religions together for Peace.

God's Day Extravaganza

On God's Day afternoon, Northern Virginia Family Church will host the fourth annual God's Day Extravaganza. Our theme for 2007 will be World Peace through Inter-religious Cooperation. We will hear from some of the religious leaders who had been champions for 4th and 5th World Tours inspired by our True Parents.

This will be a great opportunity of begin a New Year 2007 together with our special brothers and sisters! Of course, we will have international food that we can all enjoy. It will be a great opportunity to bring friends you have made through out the year. Yoshimi is preparing wonderful entertainment for us all. Let's celebrate the New Year together with old friends and new!

Sunday Service



Our Northern Virginia family will have the end of year service this Sunday the 31st. We will meet at 10 AM in the Cafeteria of Fairfax High School. We will serve a simple breakfast – Danish and coffee – for everyone so please come without eating breakfast this Sunday. As we conclude this special year together, we want to appreciate and celebrate all of you for your friendship and love. Also, we will spend some time reflecting this year and looking ahead for 2007.

An Interfaith Forum on the topic-Prayer and Meditation

Calling all Peacemakers!

Leaders of the Jewish, Muslim, Christian, Bahai, and Hindu faith will share their traditions of prayer and meditation. A Powerpoint presentation of the Outdoor Reconciliation Labyrinth project will be given with Q & A afterwards. Following the forum will be a wonderful opportunity to meet fellow peacemakers at a delicious dinner with entertainment and an inspirational program.
